Corrections
gentic.news publishes a public log of every correction, clarification, and retraction we issue. Errors happen — especially in AI-assisted production at scale. We disclose them rather than silently edit articles.
Our corrections policy
- Significant factual errors trigger a visible correction notice on the article and an entry in this log.
- Minor edits (typos, broken links, metadata) are silently fixed; we do not log them.
- Retractions are issued when an article is fundamentally wrong; the article is unpublished, and the entry is logged here with a link to a replacement if one exists.
- Predictions are auto-verified against real-world outcomes on /predictions. Failed predictions are not hidden — they remain in the public ledger.
- Spotted an error? Email contact@gentic.news with the article URL and the issue. We aim to respond within 48h.
